About a weekMost audits happen via video call, we watch how work flows through your business and talk to the people doing it. If your operation needs an in-person visit to map it properly, that is available at an additional cost. Either way, you walk away with a written breakdown: the bottlenecks we found, what each one costs you monthly, and what we would build first. The online audit costs nothing, and you keep the breakdown regardless.
Step 2: Build
2–8 weeksWe design and build the system around your real jobs and your real team. You see working software early, usually within the first fortnight, and your feedback steers the build, not a change-request form.
Step 3: Pilot
2–4 weeks on real workThe system runs on live jobs with your team using it for real. No retainer starts until the pilot is done. If we do not deliver what we agreed, you always get your money back.
Step 4: Own & scale
Ongoing, on your termsEverything transfers to your name: code, accounts, data. You can run it yourself from day one. We always recommend keeping us on to keep improving and extending the system, but it is always your choice, never a condition.
